A Henry County woman is charged with trying to arrange for the death of a California man whom she thought had scammed her. 45 year old Tisha Dawn Raines tried to have the man she thought scammed her killed, but the scammer was only using the man’s name. Now she’s in federal custody facing charges that could lead to ten years in prison and a quarter million dollar fine.
