A man accused of sexually abusing a girl less than six years old is under arrest. 59 year old William Cook Jr is charged with child molesting, a charge that carries a potential sentence of 12 years. Cook, of New Castle, was in the Henry County Jail Monday and has a received a December 3rd court date.
