A man accused of breaking into and damaging several trucks and stealing tools this month, is under arrest facing more than two dozen charges. Police say 47 year old Jeffrey Batio of Albany is charged with casuing about $30,000 in damage to trucks owned by Lewis Tree Trimming and he’s also accused of stealing climbing gear, leaf blowers and a generator, among other items.
