Accused Of Fraud On A Madison County Couple

A New Castle woman has been arrested on suspicion of fraud against a Madison County couple. 25-year-old Malia Luann Songer, also known as Malia Luann Hundley, is charged with identity deception, forgery, felony theft and two counts of fraud on a financial institution. Songer is in the Madison County lock-up.
