December 10th is the trial date for a Muncie woman in connection to a fatal 2017 heroin overdose. Authorities say 30 year old Rachelle Tucker sold heroin to 29 year old Dustin Rhodes on July 22nd last year and he overdosed and died; his body found near an intersection on the southside. Police say Tucker had someone move Rhode’s from her apartment when he showed the first signs of an OD.
