A Georgia woman is behind bars in Howard County after being accused of taking part in a murder-for-hire plot. The case came to light after federal prosecutors dismantled a major drug trafficking ring in Kokomo last month. During the investigation they also uncovered and ultimately prevented the deadly plan. 47-year-old Cynthia Foster is charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
