Officials will Thursday break ground on a $40 million culinary and entertainment hub in Fishers. When complete, The Yard at Fishers District will feature restaurants and a culinary accelerator, in addition to hotel, residential and retail space. The developers anticipate beginning construction on the 211-room hotel in August, which will take 15 months to complete. The project is expected to create 50 jobs.
