No Hate Crime Law Means Other Charges May Be Filed

Muncie’s mayor Dennis Tyler is calling the racial slurs and drawings found at Prairie Creek Reservoir a hate crime. While there is no hate crime law in Indiana, Delaware County’s chief deputy prosecutor says they will still prosecute the perpetrators on other charges.
