Court Of Appeals Denies Anderson Man

The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld a Madison County Circuit Court judge’s decision to revoke an Anderson man’s community corrections placement after he committed a new crime within a month of his sentence. According to the Herald Bulletin, 20-year-old Markquan Lee argued that the judge erred when he found Lee had violated a condition of his community correction program.
