Judgement Overturned In Anderson Negligence Case

The Indiana Court of Appeals has overturned the summary judgement ruling in a 2013 negligence case against an Anderson couple. The court is asking for further proceedings in the case against the Whipples. Robert Whipple was sentenced to 35 years in prison for molestation. He died in prison last year. The Court’s decision allows further evidence on Mary Whipple’s charges to be heard and debated.
