Company Owning Anderson, Kokomo Newspapers To Be Sold

Community Newspaper Holdings Inc., the owner of several local newspapers including Anderson’s Herald Bulletin, the Kokomo Tribune, and the Rushville Republican are to be sold as part of a $3.65 billion merger. Raycom Media Inc. says it will sell off its CNHI unit—which owns 13 newspapers in Indiana—after being acquired by Gray Television Inc.
