It doesn’t say to whom, but a post on Burkie’s Facebook page says the property has been sold to a developer and will be bulldozed. That post went up at about 11 Wednesday morning, then came down a time later. Current owners confirm to the Star Press that they put up that post which also mentioned the place would be bulldozed and turned into a parking structure.
