Ball State University will host the “Spreading Our Wings” Community Forum from 5 to 6:30 p.m. today at the Horizon Convention Center. The theme of the interactive forum is “Even Better Together.” The university wants recommendations from the community on how Ball State can work as a partner to make Muncie an even better place to live, work, play and grow.
