But that didn’t stop the Blackford County man from disregarding a protective order and violating the terms of his probation. 52-year-old Timothy Allen Hartley has been charged yet again with invasion of privacy, this time as a Level 6 felony carrying up to 30 months in prison. His trial is set for August 8.
