–Police say a New Castle woman tried to buy her way out of drug bust for $50, and then, when that didn’t work, she allegedly upped her offer to $100 to police. 25 year old Karissa Joe Hirst was arrested Saturday near 27th Street and C Avenue. She and another woman Feather Neal were approached by police who found meth and other controlled substances. Neal said Hurst had just handed her the drugs.
