Tommorrow is Primary Election Day in Indiana. Polls are open 6am to 6pm. The only countywide race in Delaware County is the Democratic Party primary for sheriff, also, candidates are competing for the seat of retiring State Sen. Doug Eckerty. Additionally, the three-way race for which Republican will challenge Democrat Sen. Joe Donnelly in the fall has been a nasty one – and the most expensive primary in the country.
