Voters approved $42.8 million in Anderson Community Schools referendums that will fund a facility improvement plan and operating expenditures. Taxpayers also approved a 19-million-dollar bond referendum for Alexandria schools. The plan is to combine the elementary and intermediate schools and repair the Jr.-Sr. High School.
