An IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital nurse has been charged with sexual battery against an elderly patient. Nathaniel Mosco was arrested after the hospital’s police investigated the allegations that he fondled the victim on three occasions. Mosco has been released from Delaware County Jail after posting a 30-thousand-dollar bond. No initial hearing has been set for the case.
