The City of Muncie will lose a friend this summer. Lieutenant Jonathan Taube of the Muncie Salvation Army says he’s been given his marching orders and is headed to St. Paul, MN in June. Taking his place at the Muncie Corp will be Major Mark Litherland, who will take command on or around June 26.
