Elwood Breaks Ground On New Subdivision

The city of Elwood has broken ground on the Bison Ridge subdivision. A spokesperson says the $25 million project, believed to be the largest residential development in the history of the city, will have some units completed this fall and the balance in the spring. The newly re-opened Cattails Golf Course is located right next door.
