Rob Keisling has joined Indiana Michigan Power as community affairs manager for the Muncie District. Keisling will serve as I&M’s community & economic development contact for EC Indiana, including Madison and Delaware Counties. Before accepting the position, Keisling served as director of operations for Minnetrista in Muncie.
