A major roadway in Muncie will be shut down for two weeks so rail work can be done. CSX is closing its crossing at Walnut Street on May 21st and hopes to have it reopened by June 4th. Madison Street will be open duringthat time. CSX will service both its tracks at the crossing during the shutdown.
