The brother of Vice President Mike Pence has never held a public office but still easily won the Indiana congressional primary thanks to his famous name and backing from other top Republicans. Greg Pence told supporters Tuesday night he’s ready to serve. The 61-year-old Columbus businessman and Marine veteran defeated Muncie entrepreneur Jonathan Lamb for the Republican nomination for the 6th District. He’ll face top Democratic vote-getter newspaper publisher Jeannine Lee Lake in November.
