Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals has approved a zoning variance for a self-storage facility on Bethel Avenue. The BZA voted 6-0 to allow the construction of a self-storage facility southwest of Bethel and Morrison Road with a 45-foot building setback from Morrison.
