The Ball State University trustees have approved an 18-million dollar parking garage project that includes demolition of the Emens Auditorium parking structure. The new structure will be built at New York Avenue and Studebaker Drive and will include about 600 parking spaces. Construction of the new garage is scheduled to begin this July and be finished in July of 2019.
