A New Castle man has been arrested after allegedly pointing a loaded shotgun at his girlfriend’s son. 53-year-old Mark C. Rains has been charged with pointing a firearm. Rains is now facing up to 30 months in prison after he got into a dispute with the adult son of his girlfriend over “laundry”.
