A Muncie resident who has been on the run for nearly six weeks has been apprehended by U.S. marshals. 34-year old Chandler Wayne Harris was involved in the Feb. 18 shooting outside of Uggly’s Bar and Grill. Muncie police say Harris was captured at a relative’s home in Indianapolis. Harris was preliminarily charged with possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and theft of a firearm.
