A manhunt leads to the arrest of a Muncie man wanted after a February shootout outside a city tavern. 34 year old Chandler Harris of the 800 block of South Grant Street was nabbed at a relative’s home in Indianapolis. He’s currently in the Delaware County Jail, charged with firearms possession by a felon and being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.
