The city of Muncie can stay mum for now on the defense it has for a lawsuit filed by former police chief Steve Stewart. A judge has ruled in favor of the city in terms of putting on hold, the discovery process, during which the two sides in a suit share information and arguments with their opponents. A U.S. District Court judge has agreed to stay discovery at this time.
