The state attorney general says a used car dealer in Muncie sold useless extended warranties to 185 customers. The AG’s office has obtained a judgement ordering Capitol Motors at 3517 N. Broadway to make $62,000 in restitution to those it scammed. Most of those customers paid $300 for warranties that were never forwarded to the company which would have enforced them.
