A request to place a cellular tower at the Flagship Enterprise Center has been denied by the Anderson Board of Zoning Appeals. The board denied the request of Horvath Towers for a special exception for a 179-foot cellular tower. Remonstrators claiming the presence of the cell tower would affect future development.
