Governor Eric Holcomb has added five more Indiana counties to the state’s disaster emergency list following widespread flooding caused by heavy rains last month. The counties of LaPorte, Noble, Posey, Wabash and Warren have been added making for a total of 31 counties eligible for state services. It’s also a step the state must take to request assistance from the federal government.
