Two men cuffed in connection with a beatdown that happened outside a Muncie tavern. 36 year old Eddie Vance III and 28 year old Andre Anthony are charged with battery ersulitng in serious injury. Police say they were involved in a fight at Gene’s Restaurant and Lounce early on the morning of February 13th in which a man was punched repeatedly in the face and hit in the head with a glass mug.
