A fourth person has died from a February 27th traffic accident. 66 year old Benjamin Parsons of rural Muncie died Tuesday at an Indianapolis Hospital. Parsons was driving his car on Wheeling Avenue when an oncoming car crossed the center lanes. That driver and a passenger died at the scene. Another passenger succumed to his injuries the next day.
