Police say a New Castle man provided a police officer with a false name, and then tried to escape on foot after he was pulled over for a traffic offense. Authorities say they found meth, marijuana, an opioid prescription medication, syringes and a set of scales in 46-year-old David Wayne Bunch’s vehicle.
