It’s a pitch competition with a twist. Students – including a Ball State marketing major – will pitch plans for products that also benefit the environment. BSU senior Rhett Barker is pitching his waterless car wash concept. Barker’s Flipside Mobile Carwash uses between two and four ounces of water per wash, while a traditional automatic car wash uses between 80 and 120 gallons. Barker will be competing against 49 other undergraduates from around the world on April 6-7 in Fort Worth, Texas.
