Talk of Delaware County buying the former Wilson Middle School is just that so far. A lawyer for the owner of the property says her side has yet to accept the county’s approved offer of $2.85 million. She told the Star Press that there is no offer on the table and the owner has concerns it may put off other potentialy buyers from coming forward. The county wants to use the property for a new jail.
