A proposal to put a Casey’s General Store at the intersection of Mounds and Scatterfield roads has approval from the Anderson Plan Commission. Zoning was changed for the nearly 2 and a half acre property consisting of five separate parcels combined into one lot. The location should be a boon to business as around 27 thousand vehicles pass through that thoroughfare on a daily basis.
