An Ohio man and a Randolph County woman have been arrested in connection with a holdup at a Portland car wash. A Greenville, Ohio man and 23-year-old Ashley Leanne Moore of Farmland are facing up to 16 years in prison after they entered the Super Wash office and forced employees at gunpoint to open a safe.
