Rep. Susan Brooks says she was shook up but fine. Brooks, Representative of the 5th District was one of four Indiana Republicans traveling to a retreat in West Virginia on Wednesday when their train struck a garbage truck. Other Hoosier lawmakers aboard included Sen. Todd Young, Rep. Larry Bucshon and Rep. Jim Banks. None were injured. The crash killed one person in the truck and injured another.
