A new jail for Delaware County: The Delaware County Council has agreed to buy the former Wilson Middle School. According to officials, the county will spend $2.85 million to buy the South Tillotson Avenue building & property and spend another 37 to 45-million-dollars to turn it into a 500-bed jail within two years.
