BSU Would Have Two Years To Form Plan

Our continuing coverage of the potential takeover of Muncie Community Schools by Ball State University: State lawmakers are discussing a proposal that would hand over management of the Muncie Schools to Ball State. If lawmakers approve the idea, President Geoffrey Mearns says the university would have two years to craft a plan. The proposal has already cleared its first hurdle at the statehouse and now heads to the full House.
