Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler applauds Ball State’s desire to help Muncie Community Schools in the potential legislative takeover of MCS by BSU but he does raise some questions concerning debt elimination and Teachers Collective Bargaining Rights. Tyler says the questions must be addressed properly for the community to have faith in and be able to support the Legislation.
