A May 1 trial date has been set for a 32-year-old man accused of murder in the Nov. 6 shooting death of Jaylnn Harmon. In addition to murder, Agapito Diaz III has been charged with attempted armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and criminal recklessness in the incident that took place outside a private residence in Chesterfield.
