Ball State President Geoffrey S. Mearns will head a contingent of faculty, staff and students to talk with the Indiana General Assembly and other state officials Feb. 1 at the Indiana Statehouse. Ball State Day at the Statehouse, hosted by the University’s Government Relations and Community Engagement team, runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ball State representatives will share stories and information about how the University benefits students and the state as a whole, and they will illustrate the impact those students then have in their professions and their communities.
