A Muncie teen arrested once for a shoothing over the summer, was arrested again after bolting back in August. 18 year old Ricky Taylor had pleaded guilty in connection with the incident and was told to wear an electronic monitoring device. He took off and was recaptured. He was charged with criminal recklessness in the plea, down from attempted murder.
