The Noblesville Parks and Recreation Board has elected not to renew its lease with the Indiana Transportation Museum when it expires on March 1, 2018. Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear says the city is taking the proactive measures to ensure Forest Park is cleaned up and bring the trains back to the community with a new operator – the Nickel Plate Express.
