A man is under arrest after police say he broke his girlfriend’s teeth during a beating. 39 year old Samuel Adam Blackburn was cuffed at an apartment he shared with the victim on East 29th Street in Muncie. The victim says he had been drinking. Blackburn is charged with battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime.
