It’s called a First Day Hike. It’s your chance to enjoy the great outdoors on the very first day of the New Year. Anderson’s Mounds State Park is hosting the hike on January 1st. It’s a healthy way to start 2018 and a chance to get outside, exercise, and enjoy nature. DNR’s Division of State Parks is hosting 32 First Day events throughout the state.
