These questions will be explored at the 22nd annual Indiana Economic Outlook luncheon, to be held Thursday, December 7th in downtown Muncie at the Horizon Convention Center. The event features presentations by Michael J. Hicks, director of the Ball State Center for Business and Economic Research, and by Lori A. Torres, inspector general for the State of Indiana.
